[OPEN] Sim not getting sleep moodlet after woohoo although sleeping

Yes. I have had this same bug for quite a while now - it's not new. For the sim who only appears to be sleeping, but really isn't, I have to queue them to get out of bed and then directly click on the bed and select "sleep". Then they will get back in the bed and actually sleep.
