Same problem. I have a huge mansion with 6 bathrooms, plus a seventh bathroom in the basement. My sims always choose the one in the basemnt, even if they're on the second floor, the one with the larger number of bathrooms.
It's frustrating because it takes a lot of time (like most of the sims4 actions) and sometimes they pee themselves because they were too far from that specific toilet.
I've put a restriction on the door, so they don't go there anymore, but it's not a solution because now I don't have a bathroom in the basement that is where the gym is....
Maybe the gym is the problem, who knows....(jk 😉)
- I have a similar problem too, when I use Auto-solve toilet, most of the time they always choose the farthest toilet. If I then queue up auto-solve hygiene after the toilet command, they don't use the shower in the bathroom they are already in, but change and go to another one, very often the one I wanted them to go to in the first place.
