How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.89.214.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Almost all except star wars, my wedding stories, a few kits and werewolves.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? enable stories for your other households. Turn off adoption (this is how my settings are). follow prompts to get other households together.
What happens when the bug occurs? This is the first time I have experienced anything like this.
What do you expect to see? Sims form relationships. Usually my sims will get a call when someone they know is expecting. My sim never got a call. I would also expect the relationships I am trying to get my sims to engage in show up an actually work. Whether this be due to the other sim option when engaging in person or through the phone calls.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
My situation is similar. My sim performed either talk up another sim or try to hook them up. She got notification that the sims were “going out” but there’s not relationship in the panel. Or this could the sibling that called my sim to ask if she should go on a date with someone. Confirmed they had a great time but there’s no relationship (my sim has four sisters all trying to date). Either scenario she’s pregnant with no relationships. I guess I’ll have to wait to see what the game tells me about the child’s father. I thought maybe it was an issue because I’ve turned adoption off in my save due to so maxed out households and I thought maybe the game was just having sims get autonomously pregnant. I have no gameplay mods installed.

The sim is alive! Once the sim was born I was able to look at the family tree and I was the sim her sister asked about going on a date with via the phone! They must have had a random hookup! She said they had a great time. The relationship still does not show up under her sisters relationship panel which is frustrating but at least it’s not a mystery anymore.
