@TheBoyXP Have you checked which Neighborhood action plan is in effect in your neighborhood? Very similar to Free Love introduced by the Eco Lifestyle add-on. Do NPCs flirt too?

@Kr0koZya6rA Yup, just checked - Free Love is not active. Yes, it's between NPCs too.
