I am also experiencing this problem, hit the ME TOO. Both with and without mods installed, they are overly flirtatious and woohooing!

    @Danitsia_TLP That reminds me I don't think I've added this yet but my Eco living dumpsters are regularly "occupied". I'll leave it at that...but Nancy and Geoffrey I'm looking at you two!
    Even in the daytime on a community lot with kids and families around. It's extremely cringe. I usually add extra ones for my collecting Sims so I have quite a lot of them.

      Why hasn't this been addressed yet?  I believe this to be a HIGH PRIORITY since game play is severely disrupted by this.  And by the way.... 

      - Your Sims have don't have the loyal trait ?  NOPE
      - The Free Love NAP is not active ?  NOPE
      - Have any mods or CC that modify/add traits ?  NOPE

      I remove every mod/CC I have and still have this happen.
