I've seen this that if you edit an NPC in CAS, you'll see them having tutorial aspirations, once I even saw an NPC with the secret grilled cheese aspiration. But I don't think this is an issue! It's super easy to change if you want to and I thought it was kind of fun to sometimes see those. I've only ever played the tutorial once and if I were to take one of those townies into my family I'd be happy to try out playing the tutorial aspiration. This gives more variety to the townies, seeing that I often feel like we're very much lacking in aspirations. It's a great feature, please don't remove it! :D
I can't honestly say I don't see this as an issue - it's something that isn't supposed to be there. Sure it's an easy fix, but EA should still know what's going on, otherwise, it'll all go to that bad place in a handbasket.
