EDIT: Looks like specs are rather irrelevant to this problem.

Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor 3.59 GHz
RAM: 16 GB
System-Type: 64-Bit-Betriebssystem, x64-basierter Prozessor
Graphics Card: NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1660
