[OPEN] Sims keep moving after paused (Patch 1.94)

After updating to the 1.94.147.1030 patch for PC (Windows 10), this bug is still happening in my game.

I tested with mods completely removed, on a brand new save, after patching and then restarting the game. Also tested on an older save, with mods removed.  In both cases the problem is persisting.

It is most obvious during group conversations, as others have noted.  But it can also be seen in other situations where sims are starting to look at something just before you pause the game.  It still affects all ages, genders, and life states.  It still also affects pets.  Depending on what the sim targeted to look at right before the pause, they can turn their upper torso and head completely from one side to the other after being paused (e.g. sim was looking to the left before the pause, but rotates upper body all the way to the right after the pause because had just targeted a different sim seated to the other side).  All of that is the same as before the patch.

One thing I've noticed, that possibly is related to this bug is that in group conversations, sims frequently are not looking at the sim they are talking to when they start talking.  If you compare who they appear to be looking at with the person they have in the queue as the target of their current interaction, they don't match.  As they keep talking, though they will often turn to look at the person they are speaking to, but not at the beginning.  I'm just mentioning this, in case this delay is significant with regards to the motion continuing after pausing.  Apart from that, I have nothing new to add.  It's just still not fixed.
