[OPEN] Sims keep moving after paused (Patch 1.94)

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? Deutsch
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.94.147.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them except paranormal stuff and menswear kit
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into live mode and play a little bit, then pause. You may have to play a little longer and pause a few times to see the bug.
What happens when the bug occurs? The Sims are still moving after the game is paused. It may seem at first sight that this bug is fixed, but if you play for a while and pause a few times it will come back.
What do you expect to see? Sims to freeze when paused and no movement at all.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I think the moving after pause bug started after the werewolves patch.

Please consider looking into this bug again. It is beyond frustrating, when I pause and try to take a perfect picture of a movement/gesture/look, but the game is still moving and Sims are changing the position of their head, upper body and hands. I am a storyteller by heart and this bug is very annoying and makes my gameplay so much harder. Storytelling is just not that fun anymore as it used to be. ☹️

    What is your current game version number? 1.95.207.1030
    What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Discover University, Tiny Living, & Industrial Loft.
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Playing the game & pausing when you watch your sims.
    What happens when the bug occurs? Moving while the game is paused.
    What do you expect to see? My sims do not move when I pause.
    Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
    Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

    This bug only happens to my sims & not the non-household sims that are around the area. This bug happens when I pause after using any of the three speeds. I know the patch before the latest one was supposed to fix this, but it is still happening to me.

    I really wonder: At first, when I loaded my family after the "moving-fix" update, the moving bug was almost completely gone - just a very slow, little headmove, but most of the time my Sims froze when pausing. I was so happy.

    But after I've played for a while it came back and is even worse than before the patch.

    How is that possible? I just can't understand. And it seems to be a complexe problem, because no modder has made a temporarily fix. I am very worried that this may never get fixed.

    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    What is your current game version number? 1.70.3.2310
    What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Near everything but I don't have star Wars, dream home decorator, my stories wedding stories, nifty knitting and paranormal
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When paused game but sims still moving
    What happens when the bug occurs? After fixes that bug would fixed when paused game and sims still moving. I still happening!
    What do you expect to see? Should not move sims when in paused game
    Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
    Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
