[OPEN] Sims resetting after using build mode

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 0. Have a family household (multiple sims) 1. In live mode, click a bed and select sleep. 2. 1 Sim will enter the bed and sleep. 3. While the sim is sleeping, pause [ll] the game, 4. Enter build mode and place any item to any room. (e.g. bike on other room / chair on bedroom/ etc)
What happens when the bug occurs? Sim will wake up immediately.
What do you expect to see? Sim will continue sleeping.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
