[OPEN] Sims will not wash dishes (Patch 1.63)

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.71.86.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything except kits, vampires, paranormal, star wars, Fitness accessories, garden accessories & cool kitchen
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Make your sim wash their laundry.
What happens when the bug occurs? Sims won't take laundry to the washing machine. Washing machines won't wash the laundry because they think it's already clean even though it's dirty
What do you expect to see? Washing machines that work 10/10 times.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

For as long as I can think, laundry day pack has been broken. The washing machine is very buggy.
Sims won't put laundry in the washing machine and it say "there's no available washing machine" but the machine is empty and they can reach it easily. In order to make it work again I need to delete the washing machine and buy a new one every time I want to make my sims wash their laundry. Sometimes they put the laundry in the washing machine but can't wash it because it says the laundry is already clean. But when I take the laundry out it is still dirty.
