[OPEN] Social Butterfly: Become Friends with 3 children not fulfilling

Also providing support for the bug report. I cannot seem to get it to count at all anymore. It's rather frustrating. I don't want to have to cheat it, but have been backed into a corner. I can't remember when I first starting having the problem, but it's been for a couple of months now. It is possible it was Growing Together update/pack addition. Time blends together for me sometimes. I have been experimenting to see if there is a work around until it gets fixed. I have found nothing yet.
