[OPEN] Space Energy Drink: Doesn't give 'energized' buff

Hi, My Sim is a level 10 Space Ranger, so he can mix the Space Energy Drink (which was unlocked at level 8 Space Ranger). However, when hovering the mouse over the drink, the description shows ...

Ok so if it's suppose to give an energized buff I guess it's only half fixed. Maybe change the title of the bug then and open the bug.

    The empty bubble might just be connected to the 'normal' missing text issue. I'll change the title.
