[OPEN] Stuck in Shadow: Promoted to Dev Captain doesn't complete if higher

So I'm doing this "Stuck in the Shadow scenario. I somehow manage to get to the top of the Tech Guru career, and now I can not complete: Get Promoted to Development Captain because I'm so far beyond ...

Nope, nothing solved here. I just have that scenario on pause at this point.

    you need a mcc comand center mod. then click on the sim mc command center  then mc cheats to cheat sim info there youll see career cheats and you can reset career branch. hope it helps 🙂
