Ok Newbie here Here is my Issue:

I am working on my promotion and it says that i have to level up 3/3 of my photography skill.  I did that I mastered my photography skill and even earned the achievement for it and it is still registering 2/3. Contacted EA and they told me to post this to the forum for yall to help me.. I cannot be promoted without this skill Here is a screen shot showing I mastered the skill and in the background it shows I only completed 2/3. Please help!!! Also have repaired it several times it did not help. They said it was a bug.

      @MadHatterrz KNown bug then.

      I merged your post with the current bug report.

      Someone said they got promoted anyways but if that doesn't work, cheating the promotion is probably the only way

        Ok thank you I am brand new to this just started 5 days ago and do not know how to go around trying to fix it and EA was not helpful at all. So do I just keep checking the thread to see if anyone found a way to fix the bug or will EA fix it?
