Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Be promoted to stylist in trendsetter career Practice writing skill until level six for the promotion requirement
What happens when the bug occurs? My sim reaches level 6 of the writing skill and continues to level up, but the promotion detail still say she is level 5 out of 6. Can't progress through career. Tried restarting the game and closing the application and still didn't work. Could possibly have happened after buying an aspiration reward for my sim to be able to level up every skill faster, while practicing writing on the computer. I've also tried quitting the job and joining it back, and using cheats and manually leveling up her writing skill it still hasnt updated.
What do you expect to see? That the requirement will update to show my sim has reached that skill level, and promote them

Apparently she was able to be promoted, but it took the game a while to do so. And it still said she needed to level up when it did this. Hoping it doesnt glitch when I have to level up to 7 in writing.

What happens when the bug occurs? Skill tab reads my charisma to be at level 6. Promotion tab reads it to be at 4 still. Need 5 to get promoted.
What do you expect to see? Charisma bar should read 5/5 in career tab under promotion area since my skill is at 6.

What happens when the bug occurs? im a dedicated dresser I have level 5 photography and I pn;y need level 3 to get a promotion , but the promotion tasks still say im a level 2 so I can't get a promotion

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It's when I'm trying to increase skills for my sim to get promoted in her career. It's only with one of my sims that I have this issue. My sim needs a level 7 in Charisma and I'm at a level 8 but it won't complete the task even though it's done.
What happens when the bug occurs? No promotion occurs nor does it show she completed her task.
What do you expect to see? That when I complete a promotion task, it gets checked as completed and allows my sim to be promoted.

Please describe the patch or change you made. It was right after the new update on April 8th, version 1.24. Notes say, 'A cheeky gremlin managed to sneak its way into the last update, so we captured it and tidied up behind it.'
In my photos, it shows my sim is a level 8 charisma but my promotion task still show I'm not. So I dont understand what the problem is and she cant get promoted.
