@Psychotps I saw that too, and I saw your post that it's weird 😃 It is weird. And I have the same problem where it happens in the whole neighborhood too.

The problem is, once it breaks on one lot, it breaks on ALL lots. You have to clear the cache to fix all the lots. It's an easy fix, but as I said, it's only good until the next time it glitches out.
