@bookmaster325 I found exactly the same thing (see post #5)! 🙌 So I suspect that at least part of the time people are getting confused by that (having to add trash to the can before rummaging becomes an option). I certainly was with my game!

@SheriGR Before EL came out you never had to add trash to the can first. There was just trash in community trash cans around neighborhoods and on community lots.
