[OPEN] [V] Can't throw birthday party for teen vampires

Product: The Sims 4 Platform:PC Which language are you playing the game in? English How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) What is your current game version number? BASE: 1.47.51.1020...

@crinrictYes but this is a toddler who still ages up.  The birthdays for the adults show in the calendar for some reason but I know they don't age.  I was able to throw a birthday party for his vampire father when he was younger but I can't now.
