[OPEN] [V] Can't throw birthday party for teen vampires

Did anyone figure out how to fix this? It says "no one in this household is having a birthday" when I try to schedule a birthday party for my teen sim who's birthday is on the calendar. It is definitely the sims birthday. I DO NOT have vampires installed and I do not have any cc because I play on xbox one. I've never had this issue with scheduling a bday party before. Is this currently happening to anyone else playing with a regular sim (not occult)?
