I have done everything again, clear catch, don't use mods, repaired game, I see glass in every hood but forgotten hollows. ? odd
Even without mods/CC, corruption can occur in the game. I never use them, but I always take the steps I listed above after every patch - I've had weird things happen when I didn't. One thing I'm wondering about is if maybe some of what you're seeing is due to lighting changes in the game. It seems to me that since the patch, we've got some changes to environmental lighting. When I was in Forgotten Hollow, it was definitely difficult to even make out window details. I was only able to verify that there was glass in some of the windows by swinging the camera around to find an angle that showed the glass. Try looking at the window almost edge on in your camera and you should see the glass edge show up there. They're not super easy to see, but if you look closely:

I haven't seen this in other worlds, but I haven't tested all of them - will go do that quickly and update the thread if necessary.

Yea, same, I'm going through all of the worlds and testing it out but it all comes out the same, non existent / barely noticeable textures and reflections on the windows and glass roofing, the only place I haven't seen the textures missing or invisible are the windows the look out on San Myshuno, otherwise the glass is almost non existant

What happens when the bug occurs? The Windows / glass parts on a door doesnt apear from the exterior of a building (it does apear from the interior, and the bug doesn't occur at all if the door is completly in the interior of a bulding)
What do you expect to see? The correct rendering of glass on a door.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Check exterior facing of glass pane doors in Forgotten Hollow.
What happens when the bug occurs? The exterior facing of any door with glass panes is invisible, so you see right through the frame of the door to the inside of the building. It doesn't happen on the interior facing.
What do you expect to see? Glass pane texture on both sides of door.

I have no idea when this started to occur because I only seem to experience it in Forgotten Hollow, and I've had the issue with multiple glass doors from various packs.

I'm having this problem in Britechester, but that's the only place I have noticed it in my games. I have tried several different saves, repaired my game via Origin, deleted cache files, removed any mods... nothing has changed.

The bug affects glass roofs and all glass doors that have clear glass (if the glass has a slight tint to it the issue isn't there) ONLY when building in Foxbury Neighborhood in Britchester. Also tested with a vanilla game and the bug still occurs. Attaching two pictures one in Willow Creek and one in Foxbury. Second picture in Foxbury used same door twice one with tinted glass one with clear next to eachother so you can see the difference

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Go to Forgotten Hollow and enter Build mode on one of the lots. 2. Build wall and place a door with glass in it on the wall.
What happens when the bug occurs? There is no glass on any of the doors that are supposed to have glass in them about 99% of the time. I was able to get one door to have glass when looking from inside the home out, but when looking from outside the home in, there is no glass on that door. However, all other doors have no glass.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the glass texture on all doors with glass no matter the placement of it.

With the new Paranormal stuff pack coming this Tuesday, I wanted to build a haunted house in Forgotten Hollow. After building roughly half of the exterior of the house, I noticed on the front door something was off about it. I studied it for a few minutes when I realized that it looked like there was no glass in the door even though there was supposed to be glass there. I played around with it more and noticed it happened with every single door that was supposed to have glass in it, even base game doors.
