To be specific about what I’ve noticed is that vampiric run works in actual households/buildings. But, as soon as you step out of your house or the home you’re visiting the sim uses the “normal” sim jog. At first, I thought it worked on lots but, vampiric run is also not working on lots that don’t have houses on them like parks and beaches.
I can’t speak to werewolves because I don’t play them, even though I have the pack.
@jdossman613 I play with werewolves a lot. It's the same as it is for vampires. The super speed works on home lots (I haven't tried on visiting residential lots but I'd imagine it's the same). The moment you click somewhere off of the lot, they run like a normal sim. I have found that if you have your werewolf go somewhere ferociously (they have to be in beast form for it to appear in the werewolf section of the pie menu), they will run on all fours. Though it seems to be like super speed where it only works on residential lots. It seems the only time a werewolf runs on all fours off of residential lots is when they are on a rampage.
