I really would like to know why supernatural players are no longer welcome in this game. I'm a simmer since Sims 2, I feel like I deserve an answer from the devs, from EA.
Well, I will be back...

It's clear that EA has gone the way of most large-scale businesses, focusing on acquisition and not retention. They make all these micro-transaction-packs and few content packs of actual substance. They have no desire to fix, reform, or update what they consider minor details and inconveniences for a select population of their player base. Frankly, it's not only disheartening for individuals whom have been players since the earliest inceptions of the Sims; the situation presents the stark and cold reality that customer service is the LEAST of EA's concerns. Given the fact that Vampire Superspeed, and Werewolf superspeed are STILL advertised in the package descriptions/screenshots/videos/trailers, I am encouraging everyone to file a false advertisement claim on the Better Business Bureau site. Whether or not they still pay attention to their customers, or even to minor claims of legal nature, enough claims will warrant a response. At minimum, with enough support, it will elicit a response regarding the bug in a "we will never fix this," to a "it will be fixed by 'DATE' " capacity. At this juncture, as consumers, it is OUR responsibility to demand a response in a coordinated fashion as counteragent to EA's blatant and vile Customer Service practices. It's time the developers start to sweat from their inaction and negligence.
