Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Make a deck/foundation I used the "Flat Square". Raise the level of the deck so that you can use/see foundation trim. Add a round room segment to the top of the deck.
What happens when the bug occurs? [Custom content and scripts is off while trying this] The bug happens with and without custom content/scripts checked in the options. Adding rounded room to decks causes visual tearing of the deck base and white graphical artifacts emerge from the top. Base tearing also carries the floor tile when you add it.
What do you expect to see? I expect the foundation base to not rip or visually tear. I expect there not to be white artifacts on the top of the room.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

when is EA going to give us a new update to fix all the issues? Now my game lags horribly and my sims gets into a loop where have to reset object all the time, and the sound is getting bad, when doing things my sim is upgrading things and randomly the sound gets really bad it is stuck in looping and then sounds like skipping or when a broken record stuck in one spot of sound, then it is really sticking in lag this lag is so bad can hardly play the game, in Build mod and live mod this has to stop before the game breaks my Laptop, help now fix these issues pluse those round curves, spent a lot of money buying your games and then get so many bad bugs glitches way too much getting tired of this issue....Give us some cooler free stuff like curved swimming pools to more curved windows and doors, more stuff for free.
bad curved walls with windows bad graphical issues needs fixed now please fix the curved walls and special windows that supposed to work.
I've seen the same issue, and it also happens if you place a rectangular or square level above the rounded room.
