I'm having a similar issue in my game, but only with my Simself. I can edit her name and pronouns, but I cannot get the clothes panel to show up after I select pelts on her wolf form. I get a spammy UILE too that appears even in a new save (In CAS). I have removed all mods and CC and tested in a clean save, still an issue.
