I took out all my mods the other day as I was rmtestung what caused a conflict.  

Even with Sims 4 vanilla (no mods) I noticed that werewolf children and toddlers do not open their mouth when you give them new teeth in CAS. Adult werewolves,  all adult sims and non-werewolf children  & toddlers  open their mouth like normal
