It's hard to explain my problem, I know there's a format to this but I forgot.
I'm on my pc, I own all expansion, game, and stuff packs. Some of the kits, I think none of the furniture kits.
I'm having a hard time formulating the sentence to explain my problem, so... picture's worth a thousand words.

Basically, it sounds like all your Sims in that household are now named Cassandra Talla (at least in CAS?). If this thread looks like your issue, you should click "me, too" on the first post.
