im having issues with creating a werewolf sim nothing shows up for the create options like hair or clothes i dont use cheats or mods so why am i having this issue?

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?: Create a werewolf in CAS and use paint mode
What happens when the bug occurs?: Costume and other swatch will no longer be displayed.
What do you expect to see?: swatch is displayed correctly.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods?; Never used
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system?: Not sure
Is that already existing bug report identified as an edit-only issue?
I encountered the swatch not showing up when I created a werewolf in New Game.
This only happened when using paint mode. If you do not use paint mode, the swatch will display as normal.
If I placed a sim in the world while in that state, the swatch would appear as normal.
Is this a different problem?
