[OPEN] [W] Werewolf sims missing initial temperament/not gaining fury

@thefailedbeta Yeah, I did some more tests and can confirm that if you become a werewolf through the Cursed Bite, you'll get an initial starting temperament, but if you create a werewolf straight out of CAS, you'll be missing that temperament.

My werewolf that was made in CAS has been gaining temperaments every time they rank up, as intended, but they never hit the total of 4 temperaments that they should have by the end. They are still missing their initial temperament even by the time they hit the final rank.
