The menu for Sims 4 packs keep popping up and won’t go away. I saw other people had the same problem, but they were all computer users.
Plz help me, I’m tired of these pop ups 😭
@soon2bpro there's a bug thread attached for problems where the game thinks that content is new when it isn't.
If you'd like to take a look and click Me Too on the first post on page 1 and add a reply if you'd like to do so, you should be prompted with a bug template to fill in.
I wonder if it would help to reinstall your Sims 4 game and content. You can do this by going to Sims 4>manage game and add-ons then in your content information you would need to uncheck the boxes for Sims 4 and your packs then hit Save Changes. Then install them again. When you load your game, everything would show as new but your builds and Sims won't be affected as long as everything is fully reinstalled before returning to your game. After that it might stop telling you it's new everytime. I don't know if it would help but it's an option to try.
