[OR] 'Enthuse about wild life encounter' not appearing during 'Weenie Roast'

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.84.197.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get to Work. Get together, City Living, Cats & Dogs, Island Living, Eco Lifestyle, Outdoor Retreat, Dine Out, Vampires, Parenthood, Realm of Magic, Perfect Patio, Spooky, Movie Hangout, Kids Room, Backyard, Vintage Glamour, Laundry Day, Tiny Living, Nifty Knitting.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game. Do a weenie roast at home.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game tells you to "Enthuse about wildlife encounter" but there is no such option in the friendly category.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the "Enthuse about wildlife encounter" in the friendly category.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

This game is physically unplayable. I will never get any rating on the weenie event as long as that requirement pops up.

    @crinrict I dont like how sarky y'all are. A) The form didn't say anywhere to tag it and I didn't know there was anything past the literal ending of the forum post. Sorry I didn't read it/know it was there because of it's bad design. B) Technically ALL packs are involved since I own them. Who knows what's wrong with it? It might be the fact my home lot is an island living lot and for some reason you can't do the interaction there. It might even be the knitting pack doing it since their code is spaghetti tied together with dollar store string and glue. We can only hope.

    @KatastrophicSim It's always about the main pack. Weenie Roast = only available in OR. The form is currently broken when I edit and hence I've been asking to add the tags where possible.     Since no one seems to have seen that, I resorted to add it to my edit.

    And I know the template it bad atm.

    EDIT: Also it's not a requirement to add it. I would just be very glad if you guys did to keep things as organized as possible.
