Mine was a little similar. What happened was we went camping and we all dressed as bears. We all took the costumes off, and everyone was tense. It's a +100000 moodlet, and it's stuck at 1 second. Therefore, they're always tense!! It really sucks and I need help!

    @NomadsClan101 Have you tried saving your game, exiting it, and reloading it?  Also, have you tried traveling?  If you tried these things and the moodlet won't go away, there is a cheat you could try for removing moodlets, Sims.remove_all_buffs.  You may need testingcheats on to use it.
