Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use/be near a flower arranging table outside. Have Outdoor Lifestyle.
What happens when the bug occurs? The sim gets bored moodlet when outside. Additionally, my sim lost her Outdoor Lifestyle even though they haven't been inside or even near the house at all. My sim walked up to the table to begin her flower arrangement and immediately lost her outdoor lifestyle despite being outdoors and doing an activity she loves.
What do you expect to see? I expect the outdoor environment to override any negative moodlets that come from being inside, as the sim is not inside at all. Becoming bored outside shouldn't be possible for a sim who loves being outside.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

My Sim has the Outdoor Lifestyle and the Flower Arranging Career so naturally I have her arrange flowers in her favorite location, outside on her farm next to her cowplant. Whenever she uses the table outside she immediately becomes bored despite being creative and loving the outdoors, doing two of her favorite things should not result in a bored mood. Sometimes the loving outdoors moodlets will appear along with the being bored from inside activities even though the sim has not been inside for many hours.
