Outdoor objects not illuminated by surrounding lights.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Place objects outdoors (ie. counters, chairs, sofas) and place any type of light around the objects.
What happens when the bug occurs? Objects placed outdoors do not get illuminated. The ground/floors, walls, and plants do but not the objects.
What do you expect to see? Objects should be illuminated like their surroundings.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
The objects look like their is no external source of light illuminating them besides the time of day. At night, it is as if there is no light around or above them.
