Pack settings reverted back continuously

What happens when the bug occurs? Sims4…I have to repeatedly disable pack features. Is this a bug? It’s getting annoying having to keep changing my settings. They appear as I have set them, but the game reverts to default, for example, I have it set as opt out of fame, but then my sims gain fame. This started after the wants/fears update.
What do you expect to see? That I don’t have to continually change settings
