@Ekisjan1 I do see the pic turning black but only with Dx11 (as reported in the DX11 feedback thread) but I couldn't duplicate the texture issues you're having

@crinrict I am not sure if she checked on DX 9 and DX 11. Plus her game is currently crashing (edge scrolling thing) so she cannot test it at the moment.

@Ekisjan1 If she has any files in configoverride, she'll need to remove them for dx11
EDIT: This thread is a specific issue NOT tied to DX11. It's corruption of the textures rather than black paintings.
