[PC] Sims Delivery Error Code: <Long Number>

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.82.99.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all except snowy escape and journey to batuu | all accessory packs | no kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? delivery update error code 00000010:00000000000000ce and 00000008:00000000000000ce
What happens when the bug occurs? the update will not be installed; when starting a save file the game crashes
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the update being installed correctly and seeing the game not crashing
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

EDIT: Solved - I temporarly disabled the real-time-protection and it worked.

When I opened the game, it would start the delivery download automatically but after a few minutes the error code 00000010:00000000000000ce appeared

I have done the following:

.) removing all files in mods folder

.) disabling mods in the game options

.) deleted localthumbcache-file every time starting the game

.) checked if there is a "content" folder - there is -> deleted the folder -> after starting the game it got recreated (files in there are: 1.content.beta.pc.1.0.1.zip and retail.pc.contentmanifest)

.) deleted save files and tray files

I then checked if I'm able to connect to the gallery - I wasn't but the problem was Origin, resp. the fact that I changed my password a few minutes ago to make this post.

So after login in to origin again and being able to connect to the gallery, I had another try on the delivery download ->

NOW I'm getting a different error code, which is: 00000008:00000000000000ce and the "content" folder additionally contains another folder which is named after the zip-file mentioned above.

After deleting the save files and tray files it only created a zip-file in the content-folder but not the additional folder with the same name, whether this is relevant or not.

I'm basically getting both errors alternately now...
