[PC/MAC] Conversation indication won't go away

Resetting the sim usually gets rid of the lingering conversation indication for me. Either type "resetSim [First Name] [Last Name]" in the cheat bar, or if you have turned on "testingcheats true" then shift-click the sim and select "Reset Object."
