[PH] Sim changed clothing/skin color after volunteering

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Laundry Day, Parenthood, Kids Room, Seasons, Dessert Luxe, and Free Holiday
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have your Sim solunteer at a bake sale, run the game on 3x speed, let the sim return home on their own
What happens when the bug occurs? When the sim returns from volunteering they are wearing completely different clothing and their skin color and hair are different colors. Their big picture displays these changes, yet their little profile picture is correct. As soon as the sim starts walking towards their house they go back to normal, but the big picture of the sim stays wrong.
What do you expect to see? I expect any display or profile picture of my sim to look exactly like that sim.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

My sim has fair skin and blonde hair as you can see in the little profile picture. In the large picture they look completely different and are wearing clothing that I did not put them in.
