I think this might be due to a combination of graphics settings and lighting making the pixel textures more obvious, especially on for textures with darker colour palettes, at least for a majority of the images included - what are your graphics settings in-game?

Some of these issues have had a patch for PC/Mac, and are waiting on a patch for Console.
@SimmerStar4 The thing is no matter the light surrounding it, no matter the world, time of day, those pixels marks are always there. I could also see it on my old graphic card, no matter the settings. Now I have a RTX 4060 and setting are maxed in Ultra in game, plus I changed my GPU settings.
Can I confirm: does changing the anti-aliasing settings help with the issue at all?

@SimmerStar4It should not, and I need it, I cant deal with saw tooth edges... it should not have anything to see with color at all... but I am not sure... I may try.
Can you look at those specific objects in your game and confirm if they are like that too for you? That would kind of help to determine, if it is a quality concern or a setting issue...I'll take a look and see if the objects have this in my game too, yes. I will note in advance that I don't have every DLC, so I can't check everything (eg. the Lovestruck items).

- @SimmerStar4 I am pretty sure its on their end, or Nvidia, as we had in the past a similar issue with grass in many different worlds... willow creek, strangerville and britechester if I remember correctly and they fixed it eventually...
