Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Save 5-1-2 Kiyomatsu lot to the gallery; Save the Sutefani Onsen Bathhouse lot to the gallery; delete the Osen lot and place the 5-1-2 lot-- won't let you change the lot type from Onsen to Vacation Rental OR won't let the residential lot stay as a residential lot.
What happens when the bug occurs? It won't let you change the community lot type to residential lot-- OR won't let the community lot change to vacation rental lot.
What do you expect to see? The lot type change from onsen to vacation rental.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
The first picture is from the manage world view with the 5-1-2 lot placed.
The second picture is the download lot from the gallery labeled as "residential" placed on the onsen lot-- usually it asks if I want to change the lot type. It doesn't.
Third picture is when the house is deleted, back to manage worlds, game restarted, and back to the lot.
