Placing residential over community lot doesn't change lot type properly

@Genevieve4 Oh my god, you're a hero. If they pretend they can't reproduce the bug after this, I don't know what to do. In fact, all lot types except residential will revert to default after a while.

Ah I hope they will fix it, it almost corrupted my very dear long-lasting save file :D I'm happy I've noticed the issue early enough, so only one lot got affected. Otherwise it would be too painful to move saves :D
