@tntterry If you have Island Living, I would send her to the beach. If not, send her to the park in Oasis Springs and have her fish in the pond or look for frogs for a while. Your location might be more overcast than you think it is.
I am in Henford on Bagley and the house is literally bathed in sunlight inside and out, so no overcast, and it is supposed to work when partly cloudy anyways. But I don't feel I should have to move mid scenario, and it just might cancel out making me have to start over, which I don't want to do. If I don't get a solution, then scenarios will be no more for me.

@tntterry I don't think you should have to move mid-scenario, either! I was just suggesting spending a few Sim hours at the beach or the Oasis Springs park and seeing if that made a difference.
I played this scenario in Henford-on-Bagley, too, and had to go to the beach several times to photosynthesize.

Hi again, according to many other's, if I leave the lot at all, it will cancel the scenario and I cannot risk that. I know you are only trying to help, I just misread your solution as moving 😉

@tntterry I left the lot repeatedly during the scenario, and it completed fine for me. It’s up to you whether you want to try that or not. Save first if you’re nervous, then travel and if it messes up exit without saving, but again, I left the lot all the time. I lived in the empty lot in Old New Henford (in a tiny house) and went to the garden stall, several places in Sulani, Oasis Springs….
