Also I think this is from a mod but landgrabb turned my powr off due to "squrriels" not sure if that's a mod or in game? But either way it's supposed to act "off the grid" but I can't do anything even though I have power generators running!
This is on any regular lot that's normally not off the grid. I use a mod that lowers wages 50% to be more real and after a fire I ran out of money. Coudlnt pay bills and water and power went off even though I have generators so it should work like off the grid like it used to.
So had power turned off for power conservation day by the N. A. P.
..... Power generators still don't work.
It makes them useless if they can't be used when you have no power!
Anyone have a fix for this yet?

I have to appeal the nap then. At first I thought it was "fun" to get fines (as its too easy to make money in sims 4 and I liked the challenge of extra 300 on my bills) and "force" to use power generators to power the place (but not off the grid etc) as they did at first bring my bills down etc.
But unless you are off the grid there seems to be no point in any of the power or water generators as they just don't work on "conservation day" or forgot to pay bills etc. Which makes no sense at all as realisticlly if you can generate enough to make your power and water bills 0 and have some in storage. Even during power cut there's more then enough!
I had +23 power before the 12 hour powercut, generator still running.. But it didn't go down or up or make any effects other then eventually run out of fuel (as my sim isn't "green" right now as I want to swing it one way before the green)
Has this been fixed? Still experiencing.
me too. generators dont do anything and I wasted my fuel filling them!
