Pregnancy timer won’t show

@crinrict I don’t know it just The third trimester all my other pregnant sims have the pregnancy timer but not this sim

@crinrict I don’t Remember playing with the save  file around March at the time she was a teenager   and I was playing on a different save file now all I remember is that I was editing her in cas (was probably the mistake I made) Around late November And suddenly the glitch happened I didn’t even notice it after saving it so I’m stuck with her like this And the worst part that she’s my legacy sim

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get a sim pregnant, play the game normally until the second trimester moodlet disappears, notice that the third trimester moodlet doesn’t show up
What happens when the bug occurs? The second trimester moodlet disappears as expected, but the third trimester moodlet doesn’t show up in place of it
What do you expect to see? The third trimester moodlet showing up
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I played my sim as normal, got her pregnant, and everything was going well through the first and second trimesters, but after the second trimester moodlet disappeared, the third trimester moodlet didn’t show up. I waited 7 sim hours to see if it would fix itself with time, nope, still no third trimester moodlet.
