Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? View a pregnant sim from different distances
What happens when the bug occurs? Pregnancy belly disappears and reappears
What do you expect to see? Pregnant belly to stay
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.

the sim I witnessed this on was male presenting, but could be universal, uncertain
Not sure of the frequency, this is the only time I've seen it, but could be a newer bug

@kittypride I’ve seen this occasionally too! Not often though. Not sure if it’s the bug itself that’s rare, or it’s just rare that I happen to have the camera at the exact right zoom and angle while looking at a pregnant sim.

Is yours also only on Masc-presenting sims, or any?

@kittypride Last one was female. Belly kept disappearing while I was playing with the camera angle to get a good view of her painting the scenery.

@kittypride Does it depend on what they are wearing ?

There's an older bug report here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/Pregnant-sim-doesn-t-appear-pregnant-wearing-specific-clothes/td-p/11269412 for specific cloth.

Could you test if it's the Sim or the clothing for you ?
