Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Have a child sim 2. Wait for that child sim to get a loose tooth 3. Pull the Tooth or Wait for the moodlet to disappear
What happens when the bug occurs? My child sim's entire appearance changes: skin tone, hair, facial features, clothing, and accessories
What do you expect to see? My child sim's appearance to not change other than the missing tooth.

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
Even though the sims team released a patch claiming to fix this, this still has not been fixed.
