I’m not sure
I played a different household whilst using the mod, is it possible that they’ve still been affected?

Is there a cheat that I can use to remove the relationship things?

You can use the relationship bit cheat described here: https://www.reddit.com/r/sims4Cheats/wiki/index#wiki_relationships but I'm unsure what you need to put for the childhood bud one.

I do think this could be MCCC related then cause removing the mod won't get rid of of the status.

It's a bit hard to tell really but unless we get more reports on this, I would say, it's mod related for now.

Will see if there's more people with this before adding anything.
