Yes it past 9:30 pm in the game and no sign of Guidry, nor is the helping hand responsive. I even started a new game after reading someone else's thread on this exact subject and it's still not working. 😞
It is after 9:00 PM. It's more than the second day. My lot type is a Haunted House Lot. The Helping Hand still shows up as unresponsive too. I've started a new game thinking it may have something to do with an old file. I have tried repairing the game too.😢
Based on my very limited experience, the Helping Hand can't be used until you meet Guidry. I would suggest double-checking your lot type if you haven't already. Other than that, I think you'll just have to be sure you're there every night at 9pm and hope he shows up.
