Professional Slacker trait ignored during job event firing

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get Professional Slacker trait. Get a work event where you can "whistle blow" on your company. Get fired despite owning trait that prevents sim from being fired.
What happens when the bug occurs? An event will pop up asking if you want to blow the whistle on your company for something, in this case sim was working at Dewey, Cheatem and Howe Incorporated as a lawyer. Then have sim "blow the whistle" on their company. A popup will inform player that sim got fired. The "Professional Slacker" trait has been ignored.
What do you expect to see? I would expect the "Professional Slacker" trait to prevent sim getting fired.

An event popped up asking if you want to blow the whistle on your company for something, in this case sim was working at Dewey, Cheatem and Howe Incorporated as a lawyer.
I chose to "blow the whistle" on their company.
After that, a popup told me that my sim got fired.
The "Professional Slacker" trait was ignored. It should have prevented firing according to its description - "Professional Slackers have no fear of being demoted or fired".
